Aquation; Moisture Care Review

Good Morning!!

The key to keeping our skin looking young and healthy is hydration. We can drink our 2 liters of water a day, if you can do it everyday, then I commend you. I, on the other hand, need a lot of help keeping my skin moisturized. If I had to leave everything behind except one product, it would be a moisturizer.

Aquation Moisture CareI’m

Aquation is a newly launched brand that specializes in all day moisture care. Aquation is bringing a scientific approach at an affordable price. These products are packed with ceramides and hyaluronic acid to add and lock in the moisture. All products are fragrance free, non-comedogenic, can be used on the face and body, and not tested on animals. I was shocked at the amount of product, I received three of their products each containing 16 oz:

Gentle Moisturizing Cleanser:

Aquation Cleanser

“Gently cleanse away dirt, oil and makeup while infusing moisture—revealing fresh, soft skin. Our formula won’t over dry or strip your skin and is enriched with ceramides and hyaluronic acid to help maintain the skin barrier. For use on face and body.”

Daily Moisturizing Lotion:

Equation Daily Lotion

“Replenish moisture daily with this lightweight lotion enriched with ceramides and hyaluronic acid to restore and fortify skin’s natural water balance. This quick absorbing formula provides all day hydration to help relieve dryness, soften skin and sooth the itch and irritation associated with moisture loss. For use on face and body.”

Moisturizing Cream:

Aquation Moisturizing Cream

“Ultra rich formula penetrates deeply for 24 hour hydration and helps to relieve dryness, soften skin and sooth the itch and irritation associated with moisture loss. Our advanced dual phase formula enriched with ceramides and hyaluronic acid delivers instant moisturization and creates an invisible barrier to help prevent moisture loss. For use on face and body.”

My experience:

I have been using all three products for about a week. I start with the cleanser, I’ve only used this on my face because I thought it would be easier to focus on one area. This is a very mild cleanser and filled with moisture. This is absolutely great for those with sensitive skin that need something non abrasive and fragrance free. Because it’s a moisture cleanser it will not get sudsy, however it does remove all makeup residue including waterproof mascara. It left my face feeling clean and soft, I really didn’t feel the need to add a heavy-duty moisturizer afterward, so I chose to use Aquation’s Daily Moisturizing Lotion on my face. This is a very light-weight moisturizer that packs a pretty good punch. It quickly absorbed into my skin with no residue or sticky feeling. It definitely gets the job done without being too heavy for the face. I decided to use Aquation’s Moisturizing Cream on my body since it claims to be a rich formula lasting 24 hours. I used this on my arms, legs , and feet. The cream was noticeably richer than the lotion and again quickly absorbed into my skin. It worked really well, especially on the elbows and knees, where the skin tends to be more dry.

My Outcome:

I am convinced the whole line is effective and very affordable. I didn’t actually look at the price until after I used the products. I was kind of blown away at how low the prices were. Each product can be found at Wal-Mart for $8.96 USD each. If you are looking for an affordable clinically proven skin regimen, this is it!!
